Did you know that as your County Clerk - I oversee and serve as the Clerk of the Court for Hunt County Commissioner's Court, County Court at Law #1 & #2 and Constitutional County Courts. I also serve as Secretary to the Hunt County Juvenile Board. I am a member and board elected Secretary to the Hunt County Bail Bond Board. I hold membership in the Texas County and District Clerk's Association as well as the Lake Tawakoni Chamber of Commerce.

Did you know that all County Clerk's in the State of Texas are required to attend Continuing Education Courses - Government Code 51.605 requires a clerk to complete 20 hours of instruction regarding the performance of the clerk's duties of office during each calendar year that begins after the clerk's election or appointment to office.

Did you know that the Hunt County Clerk's office offers Property Fraud alert that monitors the public records - The Hunt County Clerk's office has collaborated with Fidlar Technologies to create a notification service for the property owners of Hunt County. What is property fraud? When someone illegally uses your property for financial gain. How does this happen? Someone records a fraudulent document in the county land records, making it look like they own your property. Did you know that the Hunt County Clerk's office is responsible for Posting public meetings and Foreclosure Notices - Trustee sales are conducted on the 1st Tuesday of the month in the common area of the 2nd floor of the Courthouse or the base of the North steps outside of the courthouse, located at 2507 Lee Street in downtown Greenville Texas. The clerk's office is responsible for posting these notices as we receive them.
