I received a traffic ticket. Where do I go to pay the fine?

   If your ticket is "GREEN" in color then you will need to go to the appropriate
   Justice of the Peace office. If you look down towards the lower left of the
   form you will see the field named "JUDGE". This is the Judge that presides
   over one of the five precincts. Check the Justice of the Peace home page
   to find the location of the judge noted on your ticket. 

   If your ticket is "PINK" or "YELLOW" in color then this is a City of Greenville
   Traffic ticket. You will need to contact the Municipal Court by phone at
   903-457-3129.

I am building a house in the county. Do I need any permits? What about my address. How do I get one? Who do I contact to find out? 

   You will need to contact the Health Department for your septic system.
  To receive an address, contact the county 911 Address office.

Someone is dumping trash illegally on the county road I live on. Who can I call?

   Please call the Hunt County Environmental Enforcement office. They will be
   happy to take your information in order to keep the roadsides clean.

Where is the Drivers License office?

   The Texas Department of Public Safety, Drivers License Division, is located
    inside the Hunt County Sheriff's Department Building at 2801 Stuart Street.

Who do I contact about Child Support?

   Please contact the District Clerks office. They will have information there that
   will assist you.
