Adult Flu Vaccine Clinic

 $25 or free if paid by Medicare (do not accept Humana)

 Clinic:    Mon - Thur :  9 - 11am  and  1 - 4pm

            Friday:  9am - 11am
 

Schedule an appointment for children 6 months-18 years of age.
Have to have children complete immunization record at appointment.

Child Flu vaccine - $   5.00

*we accept Medicare, we don't except replacement insurances, such as Humana.
