Office Hours: Monday - Friday  8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
 

Effective July 9, 2012 all Real Property and Land Recordings

will be handled in the main office located on the 2nd floor

of the Courthouse.

 

The County Clerk is responsible for keeping records of all real property, the proceedings of Commissioners Court, the County Court at Law, and Probate proceedings. The office is also the Registrar of Birth and Death records, issues and maintains all Marriage Licenses and Assumed Names Certificates, as well as several others.
